LogOut grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

• Use the App for any unlawful purposes
• Sell, rent, lease, or transfer the App

3. Health Disclaimer

LogOut is designed to promote awareness of bathroom hygiene and encourage healthier phone habits. The information provided by the App is for educational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional if you have specific health concerns.

4. Data & Privacy

Your use of LogOut is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect minimal data to operate the App and track your progress locally on your device. All your streaks and achievements are stored on your device only. You agree to the collection and use of this data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the App in a lawful manner and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not use the App for:

• Transmission of malware or harmful code
• Any illegal activities

LogOut is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Use of the App is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogOut and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or profits.

8. Subscription Terms

LogOut offers a subscription service with a free 3-day trial period. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with the app store's policies. Pricing and renewal terms are clearly displayed before you subscribe.

9. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with RevenueCat for subscription management. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or changes.

10. Intellectual Property

All content in LogOut, including text, graphics, logos, images, and code, is the property of Urban Legend Makers or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without permission.

11. Changes to Terms

LogOut reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

12. Termination

LogOut may terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, at our sole discretion.
